A dedicated EVM chain for the MyRxWallet Foundation, a Wyoming-registered nonprofit. Chain ID 1582 references S.1582, 119th Congress — the GENIUS Act — the federal stablecoin framework the Foundation's token issuance is designed to operate under.

Governance & custody

Contract administration is not held by a single key. The FoundationMultisig contract above requires 2 of 3 signatures for any admin action across the deployed contracts — no single party can unilaterally mint, upgrade, or reassign ownership.

Signers — interim
The current 3 signer keys are placeholders established during initial deployment. They are being transitioned to keys held individually by Foundation principals, and will transition again to board-controlled keys once the Foundation's governing board is formally seated.
No tokens in circulation
WMRT total supply is 0. No minting, sale, or distribution has occurred. Figures on this page are read directly from the chain and will update automatically if that changes.

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy MRT or WMRT right now?
No. There is no public sale, no liquidity pool, and no distribution mechanism live today. Any offer claiming otherwise is not authorized by this page.
What is MyRx-1582?
A dedicated EVM-compatible blockchain operated for the MyRxWallet Foundation, separate from MyRxWallet's commercial infrastructure. Its chain ID (1582) references the GENIUS Act, the federal framework the Foundation's eventual token issuance is designed around.
Who controls the Foundation's contracts?
A 2-of-3 multisignature contract, not any single individual or automated process. See Governance above.
Is the MyRxWallet Foundation a registered nonprofit?
The Foundation is a Wyoming-registered nonprofit organization. 501(c)(3) federal tax-exempt status is pending, not yet finalized.
